Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5.00 flat rate for any size order.

We ship to anywhere in the continental United States via UPS. Orders outside the continental United States will be shipped via US Parcel Post / Priority Mail.

Orders from inside the Continental United States usually ship within 72 hours and will arrive at the customer's location in approximately one week.

All orders from outside the Continental United States (International, Hawaii, Alaska, etc..) are shipped once per week. Each order also requires at least a 1 week processing time (extra paperwork, special packaging, etc...). Arrival time depends on customer's location.

Warranty

There is a 15 day money-back guarantee from original purchase date against defects in materials and craftsmanship. For a return the original invoice number is required as is the defective product itself.

Installation

NOTE: A installation guide is shipped with every order showing visually how to install and remove a skin. This as a compliment to that guide. First clean the device before applying the skin. Let it dry completely. Remove the skin from the backing paper. Align your skin with the device. Take your time. Pick a starting point and work your way around the device. Once you have the skin on the device apply firm pressure evenly. This will make sure that the adhesive will stick well. Pull away the protective application film (which is clear) That’s it you’re done !
Under regular use your iPod skin will last for several months without cracking or peeling .

Removal

Skins will not come off under normal use but are still easy to remove if needed. Pick a corner and peal away. It’s as simple as that. If you get some residue, this usually occurs during extended periods. Applying rubbing alcohol will take away any excess residue withput hurting your device.

Will the iPod still fit in the dock with the skin on it?

Yes.

Will accessories such as the iTrip, iTalk or Navipod still work with a skin on it?

Yes.
